1. What is the e-Shop? 

The e-Shop is a place where products can be purchased on the internet, rather than a physical shop. 

 


 

3. Do I need an account to order from the e-Shop? 

No, you do not need an account to order products from the FVSA website, however it is advised that you create an account as this will: 

  • allow you to view/track any orders you place on the website 

  • speed up the checkout process 

If you do not want to create an account or you are having issues logging into your account, you can visit the e-Shop and complete the checkout process as a guest. You will be asked for guest details at the end of the checkout process.  

 


 

6. COLLECTION

Any products purchased on the Student Association e-Shop must be collected from a Student Association office. We do not offer a delivery service:

 

  1. Place your order on the website
  2. Contact the Student Association (student.association@forthvalley.ac.uk or click here for more ways to contact the Student Association)  to arrange a suitable collection date/time
  3. You can arrange your collection from any Student Association office (Falkirk, Stirling or Alloa). See collection timescales below:

Orders can be arranged to be collected on the following days/times: 

Days: Monday – Friday

Times: 9am – 4.30pm 

Collection may not be available during student holidays (e.g. February break, Easter Holiday, October Holiday, Christmas break). This could be due to staff being on holiday or staff working from home during quiet times. If you have placed an order and had hoped to collect this during a student holiday, please contact us and we will do our best to help! 

 


 

7. DELIVERY

Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery on e-Shop orders at this time.  

 


 

8. RETURNS

If there is an issue with your order, please contact the Student Association directly and we will do our best to help.

If an exchange or refund is required then the item(s) should be returned to the Student Association in their original condition and packaging within 21 days of your purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot accept a returned item that has been personalised unless it is a fault of the manufacturer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any labels and packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For approved returns, we will refund the monetary value of the goods that have been returned to us, at the price you purchased them.

Please return items to any FVSA office.


 

9. Can I pay for items in person using cash?

Items can only be ordered online using card or online payment methods. 

If you would like to order an item but are unable to do so using an online payment method, please let us know and we can look at the options available to you.  We may not be able to offer an alternative solution, but we can certainly look into it.
