​​​​​​Any complaints about the conduct of the elections must follow the procedure below: 

 

1. Any complaint must be submitted in writing (electroncially or handwritten) to the Returning Officer (email info below)

2. The Returning Officer will acknowledge receipt of the complaint

3. The Returning Officer will seek recommendations as to actions from the Elections Committee

4. The Returning Officer will then consider the recommendations and make a final decision

5. The complainant will receive a copy of that decision
