The Student Association are piloting a new Food Pantry scheme across all Forth Valley College Campuses. This scheme aims to reduce food poverty among FVC students, part of our motion 'Don't let our students starve', but is also available to ANY student, no questions asked! A student may be experiencing financial difficulties, they might have just forgot to grab their lunch before heading to College or maybe the canteen options aren’t for them. Food Pantry Official Launch!
We are excited to announce that the Student Community Food Pantry will be available for students to access from Tuesday 1st February 2022 in each campus. This will be a pilot scheme that will be monitored by the Student Association on a regular basis. The food that is available in the food pantry will include ready to eat snacks (crisps, cereal bars, biscuits etc) and small meals that can be prepared using hot water (noodles, soup, porridge etc).

Donation Stations
In December, we told you that the scheme would rely on donations from staff and students across the College and that donation stations had been put in place outside every Student Association office.
