Position:  Various Roles 

• Bar & Bistro- Serving drinks and food *must be over 18 years old.
• Kitchen Porters- Working back of house. Helping with food preparation, cleaning of kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery. All areas clean and in line with Health & Safety.
• Pool & Reception - Taking bookings, maintain high standards of cleanliness in all communal areas of pool & changing facilities, basic IT knowledge.
• Housekeeping- Servicing all hire units as well as public areas including shower/toilet block to a high standard. In house laundry.
• Chef- Assist the Head Chef with all areas of food preparation.
• Maintenance- General maintenance on all areas of the holiday park.

Location:  Wood Leisure Holiday Parks - Pitlochry - PH16 5LD

Contract:  Permanent, Fixed term contract (10 months)

Hours and working pattern:  Full-time, part-time (no less than 16 hours)
